#BLACKiD is an annual art exhibition held in Detroit co curated by FOiR and Chiliad Creatives. Each year the exhibition looks to create attention and dialogue pertaining to the struggles, issues, triumphs and culture of black life. The exhibition remains on display for a month and features the work of all Detroit based local artists, opening nights have live performances, complimentary refreshments, and programming is scheduled throughout the month to motivate and inspire the creative culture of Detroit such as panel discussions, artists talks and networking mixers.
